Carrier's Compliance Packet
→ Carrier MUST fill out and return our Compliance Contract - (Good for 1 year)
→ COI listing EverGreen as a Certificate Holder with our correct address
These Documents, once filled out and submitted to us by the carrier, will be sent to you prior to the unit(s) being picked up.
If the carrier chooses not to fill out and send these documents back to us, it's a quick, clear indication they will not best represent EverGreen well in transporting your vehicle(s).
We then have the capability to "block" them from transporting any future units/loads with us. It's a honor for these carriers to haul vehciels/loads for us, creating a win-win environment FOR ALL!
If they don't back us and don't have our same sentiment - It ends up being a waste of time and ultimately costing your money.
This affects our core relationship ethos - so we're careful of who we select from the beginning, to help ensure safety and efficiency.

We need to match the carrier's DOT & MC # displayed on their truck with what we have on file. We also confirm this with the FMCSA website to ensure they are VALID!
